At least four U.S. military personnel were injured in an incident aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, while two aviators had to abandon their aircraft by ejecting.
The Navy reported that the incident occurred around 6:18 a.m. local time off the coast of Virginia, and that a search and rescue operation was activated in the area.
